5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Services

Wha Sticker offers subscription-based premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Apple's standard Terms and Conditions for In-App Purchases

5.2 Apple App Store Subscriptions

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to:

• Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Apple's Terms and Conditions for iTunes Store and App Store
• Apple's refund and cancellation policies

5.3 Subscription Management

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds for unused subscription periods
• Access to premium features continues until subscription expires

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of text prompts you input

Stickers generated by our AI technology are created based on your text prompts. While you can use these stickers for personal purposes, be aware that similar content might be generated for other users with similar prompts.
